William is a Chartered Architect with extensive experience in design, construction, and property development. He has held key roles in Birmingham and the Midlands, managing the development of over 1,000 residential, heritage, commercial, and industrial units. William excels in appraising acquisitions, redevelopment strategies, and overseeing projects from start to finish. His expertise spans negotiation, tendering, procurement, and contract management. Known for his innovative solutions, William consistently delivers successful project outcomes across various sectors, including private residential, commercial, and industrial developments.

  • A resourceful and quality-driven RIBA Chartered Architect, William has a strong background in design, construction, and property development. Taking a diligent and considered approach, William combines quality and efficient design with a drive to achieve excellent results, resulting in results which speak for themselves.

    Having held positions such as Group Architect and Development Manager for major Birmingham and Midlands based developers and property owners, William has led the strategic progression and development of 1000-unit pipelines in residential, heritage, commercial and industrial sectors. His skillset includes appraising acquisitions, forming and executing redevelopment strategies, and overseeing projects from acquisition through to construction, completion and use. His ability to manage complex urban and exurban sites has led to developing innovative solutions in order to ensure successful project outcomes.

    With experience across various industry sectors, William brings a wealth of knowledge in negotiation, tendering, procurement, and contract management. His work in private residential, commercial, and industrial sectors has honed his skills in planning strategy, feasibility analysis, and consultant management.

STEPHEN OSHAGBEMI

With a design approach grounded in efficiency, clarity, and pragmatism, Stephen is focused on maximising client's core outcomes whilst working with the constraints and complexities of any given project.

His work is distinguished by a strong emphasis on visual communication, combining refined digital visualisation and diagramming with articulate hand drawing to effectively convey the core essence of an idea or solution to a problem.

Stephen is a Masters Graduate of Birmingham School of Architecture, where he achieved a Distinction and received Highly Commended for the Malcolm Booth Drawing Prize.

In his spare time, Stephen enjoys staying active and embracing new experiences. He is a strong advocate for continuous self-development, whether through time in the gym (or anywhere outdoors with a horizontal bar), Hiking, or practising and developing his musical skills across bass guitar and the keys.
